AI-Act-Kompass is deliberately built to generate as little personal data as possible. All of the app's content data — recorded AI systems, company profile, training register — is stored exclusively on your own device (in the browser, or in the iPhone/iPad/Mac app container). There is no server, no user account and no cloud sync of this content operated by us. We never receive this data.
This marketing website is a purely informational, static page. It contains no tracking, no analytics cookies and no ad networks. When you visit, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) technically processes server logs necessary for operation (e.g. IP address, timestamp, requested page) to serve and secure the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in secure operation). The Pro subscription is purchased exclusively through Apple's App Store / in-app purchases. Payment data is processed by Apple; we never receive payment or card data. Apple's own privacy terms apply in addition.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Since app content stays on your own device, you can exercise these rights directly yourself in practice: export (backup), editing and complete deletion are available at any time in the app's settings.
